In order to complete the healing process and successfully re-enter into a healthy and vigorous lifestyle all supporting musculature must have sufficient strength and conditioning. Strength Rehab can be as simple as a few exercises or as involved as a total body strength training routine.
Without a comprehensive approach to specific strength needs, the body remains vulnerable and the injuries will often represent. In many cases, new injuries will result because we favor another part of our body. For instance, it is not uncommon for a runner who has problems in one foot or lower leg to experience pain in the opposite side hip.

You will learn a series of exercises specific to your needs that you can do in conduction with and after your treatment. All of the exercises you learn can be done at home or at Wellness of Boulder.
