You don’t have to be training for a Marathon, Triathlon or Bike race to enjoy the benefits of a fitness coach. Whether you are looking for direction and variety in your daily exercise or want to follow a progressive program that is targeted towards improving your physiological baselines, fitness coaching is for you.
Different than traditional face to face personal training, Fitness Coaching involves daily workouts that are designed around your exercise background, training goals, and life schedule. This service can be operated entirely through online, email, and phone venues so you do not need to live in or anywhere near Colorado to enjoy these benefits.

Customized online monthly fitness program $130
Lack of progress with current fitness plan, lost enthusiasm, falling short of fitness expectations, body composition.

You and your coach will go over your exercise profile in order to come up with an effective fitness plan. Your coach will then create your monthly workouts. You will log into our fitness software to receive workouts for an entire month. After you complete a workout or series of workouts you will log and submit your results in the software’s training log for you and your coach to review. Every month you and your coach will analyze your progress and modify your training appropriately.



The Wellness of Boulder and Jared creates fun and challenging workouts for me to reach my goals. Jared also realizes that life happens and that athletes need to have some flexibility in their training plans.
